30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.

Eligibility

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition received.

How to Return

1. Email support@omniflint.com with your order number and reason
2. We will provide a return shipping address
3. Ship the item back (customer covers return shipping unless item is defective)

Refund Processing

Once received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

Contact us within 7 days at support@omniflint.com with photos. Full refund or free replacement.

Non-Returnable

Sale items and gift cards are final sale.
